Who can benefit from executive function coaching?

Anyone who struggles with organization, time management, procrastination, or follow-through. I work primarily with middle and high school students, college students, and adults—many (but not all) have ADHD or learning differences.

What does a coaching session look like?

Sessions are collaborative and focused on your specific challenges. We'll identify what's getting in your way, develop practical strategies, and create actionable steps you can implement right away. Each session builds on the last, so you're constantly moving forward.

Where do sessions take place, and how do I get started?
